About Me

I was born and grew up in Barcelona, Spain. As a child I dreamt of becoming a ballet dancer. A terrible injury on my ankle made me change my dreams and instead I started training in musical theatre at the London Studio Centre in London and worked for a few years as a singer and dancer.
Further injuries made me change my career completely and I studied Hotel management in Switzerland. That way I got into the hotel business and to Zermatt. After my marriage I had twins and again that made me change all my plans. First I started successfully my own dance school in Zermatt and after six years I discovered The Pilates method which took me by storm.
I keep myself updated with ongoing training courses and workshops.

  • Member of BGB Schweiz, Professional association for physical activity and Health Switzerland and EmFit Quality label
  • Therefore the Swiss health insurance pays part of the fees
